This Spanish-style home at 2612 Harvard Avenue East (near Roanoke Park) belonged to James Clemmer, who owned the first true movie theater in Seattle. The Clemmer family also owned the Kenneth Hotel at First and Cherry, which had the Dream Theater on its main floor.
